BMate is provided for business billing, inventory, accounting, reporting, and related operational workflows. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system and for reviewing statutory reports before filing.
Each business admin is responsible for user access, role assignment, password security, and removing access for users who no longer work with the business. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are activated after payment confirmation from the payment provider. Plan limits, renewal dates, and feature access may change based on the subscribed plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but planned maintenance, infrastructure issues, internet outages, or third-party provider failures may affect access. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.
GST, TDS, TCS, e-invoice, and other statutory features are tools to assist compliance. Customers should validate outputs with their accountant or tax advisor before filing. BMate is not responsible for incorrect filings due to user data entry errors.
You may not use BMate for any illegal purpose, to violate others' rights, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
