Can BMate support businesses outside India?
Yes. BMate supports different currencies, tax settings and invoice formats. We will confirm the features needed for your country during setup.
Can we start without replacing our current system immediately?

Can existing business data be imported?

Can I use BMate on web, desktop and mobile?
The BMate web app is available now. Connected desktop and mobile apps are coming soon. They are being designed to use the same business data, users and permissions without separate exports or repeated setup.
How is my business data protected?
BMate uses secure logins, user permissions, activity records, encrypted credentials and backups. Each person should use a strong password and have only the access they need.
Can I export my data if I stop using BMate?
Your business records and reports can be exported using the available export tools. Confirm any complex historical export requirement during onboarding.
